Eligibility:
All competitors must be a current and registered NPC athlete and amateur in good standing. (NPC cards may be purchased at this competition for $90.00) Masters Men/Women MUST have reached their respective birthday (35, 40, and 50) by May 1st, 2010 and provide proof of age with birth certificate, driver's license or state ID. Teen Division must have reached their 13th birthday, but not their 20th birthday by May 1st, 2010 and provide proof of age with birth certificate, drivers license or state ID.

Disclaimer:
  1. In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, Waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Demetrius Alecos, The National Physique Committee of the USA, Inc. (the "NPC"), the Wisconsin District of the NPC, Little Chute High School, Fox Cities Bodybuilding Invitational, or it's agents, employees, representatives, or assigns of any of the foregoing persons or entities for any and all injuries or damages I may incur while traveling to and from, or participating in this competition.
  2. Will comply with all rules and regulations of the host hotel Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Little Chute. Including any rules and regulations prohibiting cooking or food preparation in the hotel rooms. The undersigned further agrees that the undersigned will indemnify and hold harmless the NPC and promoter of the NPC Fox Cities Bodybuilding Invitational (Demetrius Alecos) from and against any damages caused by the undersigned to the host hotel Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Little Chute or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to the undersigned. Finally, the undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned’s failure to comply with any and all rules and regulations of the host hotel Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Little Chute or damage to any guest room occupied by or registered to the undersigned may result in disciplinary action against the undersigned including, but not limited to, suspension as a member of the NPC and or competing in contests sanctioned by the NPC.
  3. Certify that I am an amateur in good standing and am eligible to compete in this competition and in the division/divisions in which I have entered. I further agree to abide by all the decisions of the competition director and the NPC and declare that all the information contained herein is to the best of my knowledge true, correct, and complete.

Music: PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW.
  1. All music will be collected at check in.
  2. All contestants must supply their own music.
  3. ONLY one song on the CD is permitted. Have a back up CD available.
  4. Posing Music must be 60 seconds, and no longer than 90 seconds.
  5. Make sure your CD plays. CD’s of poor quality or contain vulgar or obscene lyrics will not be played, all music will be screened before the night show.

Entry fee:
$50.00 with an extra $25 fee for competitors crossing over divisions.

Ticket prices:
Prejudging $10.00 (General Admission / No tickets)
Finals $20.00 (Reserved Seating / Call early for best seats).
No tickets will be held without first receiving payment.
